Prices

My prices vary on the distance, the volume of work and the tools involved. An individual quote or estimate will be provided before any work is completed.

As a small company, I do not charge VAT on labour.

Quotes & First meeting

  • Free of charge

Hourly Rates (for Tom)

  • Less than 80 hours
    £35 / hour

  • After 80 hours
    £32.50 / hour

  • After 160 hours
    £30 / hour

Call out / Admin fee

  • Charged once per job for working less than 8 hours
    £35

Project Management

  • Off site Admin charge
    £30 / hour

Travel Charge

  • Only charged after 15 miles distance from TQ13 9AT
    £1 per mile / visit.

  • If you’re located in the South West including Cornwall, we may consider temporarily relocating for projects lasting more than 1–2 months. The cost of this will be dependent on the temporary accommodation cost and other related relocation costs.

I’m very flexible when it comes to providing quotes and estimates. I can complete the entire project myself including all of the organisation and design. You can also get you’re own contractors and complete some of the work yourselves with my guidance. I’m happy to help in every way I can, whether you’re on a budget or just want someone to take over all of the responsibilities.
