About me
Hi, my name is Tom and I’m a general builder working in South Devon. I live in Bovey Tracey with my wife Julia and our dog Buddy. For over 19 years, I have been managing and working on construction projects in Devon, Cornwall and in Berlin. My wife Julia regularly joins me to help out with bigger projects.
With over 19 years of hands-on experience renovating & building unique houses and extensions, no project is too big or too small. I’ve built timber frame house’s and extensions, roofs, installed steel frames, landscaped gardens, built dry stone walls and spent many months operating mini diggers. These days I’m specialising in renovating houses and apartments, including painting, carpentry, installing hardwood flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, insulation, soundproofing, roofing, loft conversions, extensions and anything else you might need for your home.
With lots of experience in managing almost all construction trades, I’m also confident to say what I can’t do myself and when it’s best to work with additional contractors to get the best results on specialist tasks.

Tom took on the task of fixing a leaking roof built into the bank of my garden. Previous builders had tried to sort the problem out several times over a few years. Water was still pouring in & it was getting worse. I was at my wits end. Then I was given Tom's name & I thought a fresh pair of eyes was worth a try. I am so glad that I contacted him!
